What ideas would you include in a "top ten" list of ways to show catechists and volunteers how appreciated they are?

I live close to a monastery that is known for their bakery. Every year I give the catechsits a "sabbath rest" care package of a loaf of bread, tea bags, and a prayer reflection. They seem to enjoy it.

At my parish there's a volunteers' banquet which all the catechists are invited to. It's such a great dinner; I joke that I spend all year in Sunday School just to attend it.
